Their knowledge, care, and attention to detail help preserve the familiar flavors we grew up with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Through ongoing training in hygiene, food safety, and production, they combine traditional skills with professional standards, taking care at every stage, from preparing ingredients to filling and packaging each jar.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThe Pantry gives these women opportunities to develop their skills and earn an income close to home.
