The Women Behind Every Jar.
Behind The Pantry is a team of 15 women from Kobayat and the surrounding villages, bringing their experience in Lebanese cooking and traditional mouneh to every product. Their knowledge, care, and attention to detail help preserve the familiar flavors we grew up with.
Through ongoing training in hygiene, food safety, and production, they combine traditional skills with professional standards, taking care at every stage, from preparing ingredients to filling and packaging each jar.
The Pantry gives these women opportunities to develop their skills and earn an income close to home. Together, they help keep Lebanon’s food traditions alive while building new opportunities for themselves, their families, and their community.
